Mrs. Amanda Williams, wife of MC Williams of Ladoga died on Wednesday March 21, in her 40th year. She had been a sufferer with consumption for some time. The funeral took place from the family residence at 2 o'clock, Thursday March 22. Many respects were shown the deceased and family; all the business houses of Ladga being closed during the funeral. She was a kind and loving companion, dutiful mother, esteemed and loved by all who knew her. - kbz
